Who can attend BaseCon?

BaseCon is open to everyone! For individuals or larger groupers

Is childcare provided?

A parenting room will be available for nursing moms, however no childcare will be provided. For kids ages 6 months to Grade 6. KidsCon is happening this year on Saturday September 26th!

When does the conference begin and end?

BaseCon 2026 takes place from Friday September 25th — Saturday September 26th. Conference doors open to registrants at 6:00PM on Friday. Saturday morning doors open at 8AM.

What does it cost?

Regular admission costs $109. Volunteer admission costs $81.75 for those serving during the conference.

What does the registration fee cover?

Admission, an after party on Friday night; as well as a light breakfast on Saturday morning and lunch on the Saturday.

Extra fees?

Your registration covers admission and food.  You may want to bring extra funds for merch and resources.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

Your registration covers admission and food.  You may want to bring extra funds for merch and resources.

How can I serve?

Anyone is welcome to serve on our BaseCon teams.  If you currently serve on a Base Church team, we encourage you to sign up under your current team.  If you are not serving on a team currently, fill out a connect card to join a team and we can get you scheduled!

What airport should attendees fly into?

The closest airport would be Waterloo Regional Airport in Breslau.

Is there parking at BaseCon?

Yes!  Our parking team will be ready to greet and park you when you arrive. A large parking lot  is located off of St Charles St.
